AKO 2.0 will not render correctly if army.mil is in Compatibility View in Internet Explorer (IE).

The new site uses the latest HTML 5 capabilities available in modern browsers. Compatibility View makes the browser behave like IE 7 instead of IE 11. The new site needs the full capabilities that IE 11 provides. The new site will also work in recent versions of Google Chrome and Firefox.

To change your IE settings to enable the new AKO to render correctly:
1. Click on the Gear icon (Tools) in the upper right
2. Select Compatibility View settings
3. Select army.mil in the Compatibility View list and click Remove
4. Click Close
The page should refresh and render as intended. If this does not work, call AESD Support Desk at 1-866-335-ARMY (2769) and mention Compatibility Mode for Internet Explorer.
